- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with a strong focus on employee development and engagement.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems, including Opera, Microsoft Office, and point-of-sale systems.
- Language: Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
