About the Role

SAP Digital is a leading team that delivers exceptional customer experiences in a scalable, speedy, and personalized fashion. As a Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Customer Success board area with a broad range of services and methodologies across the customer journey to guarantee the acquisition of net-new customers and the successful adoption and expansion of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a domain expert and spokesperson for designated solution or product segment
• Integrate SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies to ensure effective communication of product value
• Facilitate tailored solutions proposals for clients
• Collaborate with VAT teams to deeply attune to our customers' perspectives and challenges
• Curation and upkeep of a sophisticated asset library for no-touch / low-touch transaction methods
• Spearhead in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to lay the foundation for robust, lasting relationships
• Devise customer roadmaps to usher them from their existing IT landscapes to innovative Cloud realms
