At EverAI, we're shaping the future of conversational AI experiences. Our mission is to craft immersive interactions that revolutionize roleplay, gaming, and social engagement.

We've achieved remarkable traction since our public release in September, growing from 0 to 13M+ users. As we expand, our focus remains on enhancing existing features and developing innovative functionalities like group chat, AI-powered calls, and video generation.

Our team is passionate, driven, and entrepreneurial, with a strong foundation built by our founding team's experience scaling web products from 0 to IPO.

You'll play a pivotal role in helping us scale our team from 45 to 100+ people over the next 12 months, primarily focusing on tech recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you'll be responsible for sourcing and hiring exceptional talent across various functions while supporting the development of foundational talent acquisition processes and tools.

This role requires hands-on recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. You'll work closely with the CEO and other team members to meet our growing talent needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, write job descriptions, and source candidates through multiple channels.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, provide clear summaries for shortlisted candidates.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and processes, provide insights on market trends to support decision-making.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Ensure candidate progress is tracked accurately in the ATS, maintain well-organized documentation for hiring workflows and candidate feedback.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across different functions simultaneously.
  • Others: Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English), goal-oriented, ownership and commitment.
