Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Manager to secure new business and maintain excellent customer service to current customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned accounts
  • Develop relationships with key customer contacts
  • Negotiate at all levels within the customer
  • Plan strategies to maximize Arrow's share and profitability
  • Manage resources to grow the business

Requirements:

  • Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Industry knowledge and experience working in distribution
  • Customer-orientation and sympathy
  • Presentation and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
