Business Development Manager for Electronic Components

Company Overview: Arrow Electronics is a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world.
Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Manager to secure new business and maintain excellent customer service to current customers.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned accounts
- Develop relationships with key customer contacts
- Negotiate at all levels within the customer
- Plan strategies to maximize Arrow's share and profitability
- Manage resources to grow the business
Requirements:
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Industry knowledge and experience working in distribution
- Customer-orientation and sympathy
- Presentation and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
