Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Spanish-speaking Sales Agent to promote and sell our products and services to prospective customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls to introduce and promote our services, generating new sales leads, and educating clients about our platform features and market trends. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the Spanish-speaking market to introduce and promote our forex and trading services.
- Educate prospective clients about our forex trading services, platform features, and market trends.
- Identify client needs and objectives, and recommend tailored trading solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic events, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant and timely insights.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Guide clients through the account opening process, assisting with documentation and account setup as needed.
Requirements:
- Spanish nationality to meet the specific needs of this role.
- Native Spanish speaker with a B2-level proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the forex industry.
- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building relationships and fostering client trust.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
