About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Executive to join our team at Management Events. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with C-Level Executives in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our business in Germany
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver sales materials and presentations
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Native-level German language skills and strong English proficiency
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
