About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Executive to join our team at Management Events. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with C-Level Executives in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our business in Germany
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver sales materials and presentations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Native-level German language skills and strong English proficiency
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
