Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join its high-performing team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and account management.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with midsize enterprise organizations across EMEA, targeting C-level stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to convert viable prospects into active Gartner clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales metrics and ensure KPIs are met.
- Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.
- Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- 2+ years' B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments.
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
- Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process.
- Willingness to conduct EMEA-wide travel.
