About the Role

Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join its high-performing team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with midsize enterprise organizations across EMEA, targeting C-level stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert viable prospects into active Gartner clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales metrics and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.
  • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments.
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process.
  • Willingness to conduct EMEA-wide travel.
