The Call Center Operator (Inside Sales Representative) role involves developing product demand to targeted end customers through digital channels. Success requires developing and maintaining a privileged relationship with customers to increase product demand, particularly among customer segments not visited by the sales force, and retaining them.
This role entails managing customer needs, questions, and experiences with products or services. You'll also conduct prospecting actions in the market, informing about special campaigns, providing information on the product portfolio, including new product launches or services, and implementing the Elanco commercial strategy to achieve business goals and growth through contacting end customers via phone and virtual calls.
You'll be accountable for attaining sales objectives (volumes) with targeted accounts, cultivating customer relationships, and improving customer experience in a virtual environment. Additionally, you'll increase Elanco products demand realization in the Pet Health market and be responsible for sell-out to target customers. Your functions, duties, and tasks include:
**Customer Focused:** Increase Product Demand and Delivery of Business Results
• Drive Pet Health portfolio growth by virtual calls
• Lead business development Pet Health Accounts
• Ensure Sell-out plans in Pet Health Accounts C and D
• Identify and assess customer needs
• Uncover customers' solvable problems and opportunities
• Incorporate the Elanco product portfolio as part of the solution
• Respond to customer requests/questions regarding Elanco products
• Manage customer needs and process them in accordance with internal procedures
• Administratively follow up on the sell-out (volumes) on customers
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
