About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our B2B clients in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to B2B clients via email, chat, and phone
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience and develop innovative solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage payment inquiries and flag potential issues for escalation
  • Contribute to the development of business processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and C1 level in English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
