Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing our current client portfolio, increasing sales and contribution margin, and capturing new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the current client portfolio, increasing sales and contribution margin.
  • Capture new clients and build long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Act as the partner of choice with customers, supporting them to identify solutions to their needs through our self-adhesive solutions.
  • Pivot inside the organization to provide a distinctive service level to our clients.
  • Contribute to deploying the commercial strategy to maximize short and medium-term results, tailoring it to the local market.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customer accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record of working in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes.
  • Commercial attitude and strong customer orientation.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop different insights on the market/business.
  • Previous experience in B2B sectors providing service to end consumers, preferably in the wine industry, cosmetic industry, household and personal care industry, or food industry.
  • High energy, teamworking approach, and excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
