Cadent Sourcing is partnering with a leading supplier of load-securing systems to revolutionize the European transport industry. We are seeking a Sales Representative with a proven track record of success to join their team and drive growth.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will enjoy the autonomy to make impactful decisions that drive continued growth. You will travel to various provinces to visit existing clients and generate new leads. Your strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze market trends will enable you to identify opportunities and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial sense and identify business opportunities
  • Analyze and interpret industry data to make informed decisions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals
  • Prioritize profit margins in sales strategies and negotiations
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to enhance business opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in selling
  • Excellent negotiation skills, especially in relation to profit margins
  • Ability to navigate complex negotiations
  • Experience in Sales and generating leads
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Results-driven and target-focused
  • Experience with CRM

Competitive salary: 24,000.00€ - 30,000.00€ per year
