Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Representative at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing conversion rates in the German market. Your primary focus will be on developing strategic partnerships with key clients and communicating the value of our innovative wellness and fitness startup.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance on the German market
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and meet/exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build and deliver an efficient acquisition strategy
  • Track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Native/Full Professional Proficiency in German and Professional proficiency in English speaking and writing
  • No experience required, but a strong passion for sales and business development
  • Residence in or near Madrid, facilitating easy access to our operational hub
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to engage with diverse audiences
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering optimal outcomes and efficient resource utilization
