Business Development Representative

Are you passionate about technology and possess excellent communication and organizational skills? We're looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our team and help drive sales growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with client sales and field marketing teams to manage inbound leads and develop outbound prospecting strategies.
- Utilize our tech stack to set up qualified appointments and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to nurture opportunities and increase win rates.
- Participate in quarterly regional sales meetings to discuss company updates and business reviews.
- Excellent German and English communication skills (C1 level for both spoken and written).
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Proven experience with the MEDDPICC methodology.
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator.
- Fixed schedule, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, CET.
