Job Summary
We are seeking a Strategic Business Advisor to provide strategic guidance and advice to senior business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a strategic advisory role, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice to senior management stakeholders on improving operations and increasing profitability.
- Examine financial reports to identify areas of weakness and recommend solutions.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and threats to the business model.
- Identify external factors that could impact business operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Assess competitors' strengths and weaknesses to develop strategies for market differentiation.
- Analyze market trends to determine profitable investment opportunities.
- Develop medium-term to long-term strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Recommend changes to organizational structures or business processes to increase efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Fluent English (Mandatory)
- Nice to have: Spanish
- 3-6 years of experience as a strategic advisor, management consultant, or in a similar role.
- Advanced experience working in a global matrixed organization.
- Advanced experience guiding strategic projects and achieving success outcomes.
