About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic People Advisor to join our team at Google Inc. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in helping us revolutionize human resources and find, grow, and keep our remarkable talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consultations on people topics aligned to our People Operations services, including reorganizations, compensation, talent management, team/leadership effectiveness, and change management.
- Contribute to the deployment of HR programs and processes for a product area, market, or HR service line via dynamic consultations.
- Identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable, and simplified solutions to drive improvements in people processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- Experience working with multiple markets within the EU.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to liaise with internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people-related roles.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resource Information System (HRIS) systems for reporting.
