Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual or trilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch technical and functional support to clients worldwide, utilizing various communication channels and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to clients through multiple channels, including tickets, remote sessions, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of clients' configurations and offer expert advice on improvements and best practices to optimize platform efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (or additional languages as required).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Previous experience in technical support for software and/or infrastructure, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
  • Strong technical acumen and proficiency in using various software and tools.
  • Previous experience with InvGate Service Desk and InvGate Assets Management tools is highly desirable.
