We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Hogarth Worldwide. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-channel communications for a full portfolio of brands, ensuring and building on the success of our large international clients.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an Account brand/QC guardian, demonstrating a clear understanding of the brand and its needs.
- Handle all aspects of local market client campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality.
- Monitor internal workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations.
- Control campaign timelines and annual forecasts, managing budgets and scope of work.
- Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for agency/client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments.
- Coordinate between Project/Transcreation Management, Hogarth, client, and agencies.
- Manage end-to-end AV, Print, and Digital adaptation processes.
- Support/training Account Managers/Account Executives in the team.
- Good social skills and negotiation skills.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a TV, print, or digital production role.
- Adaptations, Transcreation, and Localisation experience.
- Understanding of creative expansion and/or have creative experience.
- Strong project management, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent/native oral and written English.
