About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Kantox. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and optimize clients' hedging programs to maximize value from our solutions
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure client objectives are met and provide actionable insights for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to increase client engagement and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support and address any critical situations that may arise
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • More than 2 years of experience in serving corporate clients in a Customer Success, Sales, or demanding Customer Service role
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate complex financial concepts to clients
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with a native or bilingual level of Spanish and fluent English
  • Experience working in a treasury function and exposure to ERP/TMS software is a plus
