About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vendor Relations Manager to join our team at Mygwork. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors, ensuring seamless delivery of AI-related projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with existing vendors on AI projects, including qualification, contracting, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Act as an experienced business partner, providing vendor solutions to internal teams responsible for delivering AI-related tasks to clients.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Utilize internal databases to identify the best possible solutions for allocated projects, considering factors such as price, profile requirements, availability, and service.
  • Ensure all required information is accurately entered into information systems and maintained up-to-date with current vendor details.
  • Communicate directly with suppliers, address queries, and provide support as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to define supply chain strategies and develop suitable partner strategies for assigned projects.
  • Influence the way we work and contribute to improving both existing and future processes.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives related to supplier management.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, or a related field, combined with relevant industry experience (ideally in AI and data services).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, with other languages a plus.
  • Advanced-level user of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, deliver on set objectives, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, draw relevant conclusions, and maintain accurate data.
  • Process-oriented and improvement-focused mindset.
  • Positive personality with an interest in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Team player with a can-do approach.
