Key Responsibilities- Act as a proactive business partner, analyzing internal teams' current and future needs, designing solutions to secure the needed vendors and languages.
- Identify suitable vendors using our existing database and negotiate cooperation between them and our production teams.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors, keeping them engaged and informed, while overseeing related margins.
- Provide support to vendors in understanding our processes and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure all vendor information is up-to-date in our systems for the vendor management team.
- Strong experience in vendor management/sourcing or a related field, ideally with industry experience in AI & data services.
- Ability to analyze large data sets, draw relevant conclusions, and maintain accurate data.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Team player with a can-do approach.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with business partners, both internal and external.
