Construction Vendor Manager

Job Summary
The Technical Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing the critical path schedule of Consultants, General Contractors (GC) and supply chain, with the objective of finding, securing and gaining increased value from our vendors in D&C projects. This role will build and maintain relationships with the vendors and support in developing their capabilities to efficiently deliver high-quality projects safely, on time and within the defined budget, looking for the establishment of partnerships and long-term relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the critical path schedule of Consultants, General Contractors (GC) and supply chain
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors
- Develop vendor capabilities to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time and within budget
- Establish partnerships and long-term relations with vendors
- Work closely with consultants, General Contractors and internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Pre-construction and Construction
Requirements
- Strong level of ownership and bias for action
- Highly motivated individual with Project/Contracts Management experience within the construction industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly analytical to interlink vendors metrics and compare those against defined targeted KPIs
- Proven experience in the construction industry and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced and dynamic business environments
What We Offer
