You will manage the resource pool, negotiate rates and capacity, manage mandatory documentation and checks, while working with our internal database to ensure our production teams have the right resources to process all incoming work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage existing vendors on AI projects, including qualification, contracting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Act as an experienced business partner, providing vendor solutions to internal teams responsible for delivering AI-related tasks to clients.
- Serve as the first escalation point for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure each allocated project is provided with the best possible solutions, considering price, profile requirements, availability, and service, using internal databases.
- Enter all required information into information systems and maintain current vendor details.
- Communicate and interact with suppliers, answer queries, and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate to define the supply chain strategy and build suitable partner strategies for assigned projects.
- Influence process improvements and share ideas on how to enhance existing and future processes.
- Collaborate on company-wide initiatives related to supplier management.
- Train and develop others as a senior member of the team.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of Supply Chain experience from a role related to vendor management/sourcing or similar, combined with relevant industry experience (ideally related to AI & data services). Experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
