About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vendor Relations Manager to join our team at RWS Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our vendor relationships and ensuring that our production teams have access to the best possible resources to meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with existing vendors to qualify, contract, onboard, and manage their performance on AI projects.
  • Act as a business partner to internal teams, providing vendor solutions that meet price, profile, availability, and service requirements.
  • Escalate issues to internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Utilize internal databases to identify and allocate the best possible vendors for each project, ensuring optimal solutions.
  • Ensure all required information is accurately entered into information systems and maintained up-to-date.
  • Communicate and interact with suppliers, answering queries and providing support as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to define supply chain strategies and build partner relationships for assigned projects.
  • Influence process improvements and contribute to company-wide initiatives related to supplier management.
  • Train and develop junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, or a related field, with relevant industry experience (ideally in AI data services).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, with other languages a plus.
  • Advanced-level user of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, draw relevant conclusions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process-oriented and improvement-focused mindset.
  • Positive personality with a passion for Artificial Intelligence.
  • Team player with a can-do approach.
