The Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Director to play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our sales operations, working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and other executives.

Your primary focus will be on managing revenue growth strategy and execution, as well as developing short-term and long-term operational strategies in partnership with senior team members. You will lead the design, development, and execution of these strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will establish and maintain operating cadence / rigor across all field functions to ensure the health of the business on achieving key performance metrics including forecast accuracy, funnel analysis, pipeline management, and standard reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage revenue growth strategy and execution, operations, partner and customer success, and data analysis to support global Field initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executives across Go-To-Market and Finance to drive fiscal revenue operations planning cycles that impact overall Sales growth.
  • Develop short-term and long-term operational strategies in partnership with senior team members; lead the design, development, and execution of these strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain operating cadence / rigor across all field functions to ensure the health of the business on achieving key performance metrics.

This is a high-visibility role that requires an agile, consultative, and highly collaborative approach to influence. You will build strong working relationships with executives and key leaders across Neat (e.g. product, engineering, marketing, and finance) and influence the goals and priorities of stakeholders towards a unified mission.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can drive transformative projects by building, influencing, or driving change across Neat's processes, policies, and technologies that optimize the path for supporting overall revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with executives to drive business outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.

  • Proven track record of managing sales operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in fiscal revenue operations planning and executing strategic plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate with executives and key stakeholders.
