Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, identifying their needs, and making recommendations to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our travel packages, destinations, and services to provide accurate and personalized recommendations.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling our products and services to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Previous Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, products, and services.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Travel Industry Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- CRM Experience: Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Amadeus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, German, French, and others.
