Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our travel products to customers. Your role will consist of handling customer inquiries, identifying their needs, and making recommendations to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer requests and provide personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Identify customer needs and make recommendations to meet their travel requirements.
  3. Apply best practices to identify customer budget, timeline, and decision-making processes.
  4. Deal with customer complaints, reviews, or refunds in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our travel products and packages.
  6. Maintain operation integrity by following company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain individual goals and achieve company targets.

Requirements

  1. Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success.
  2. Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  3. A can-do spirit: you are coachable, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.
  4. High flexibility and schedule adaptation: you can work polyvalent schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  5. Fluency in German; we have a special interest in multilingual talents, mainly in the markets we operate: English, French, Spanish, Mexican, UK, US, CA, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Previous contact center experience in the Travel industry (2 years).
  2. Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or any relevant field.
  3. Knowledge of Salesforce, Amadeus, or other CRM's.
  4. Sound knowledge of travel trends.
  5. We're also looking for native German speakers.
