Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Operations Specialist to join our Flight Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our travel operations teams with daily tasks, handling and resolving GDS issues, and managing negotiated rates and advanced refunds.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and support Travel Operations tasks, including flight changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Manage, escalate, and follow-up on GDS issues and cases
- Deal with negotiated rates and advanced refunds in GDS
- Work directly with land suppliers for pre- and post-bookings
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support in the Travel industry, preferably including flights
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus/GDS and experience dealing with negotiate fares and commissions
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
- Fluent communication in English (additional language like French/Spanish are considered)
