Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Group Travel Specialist to join our Growth Team. As a Group Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and handling group travel requests from travel advisors, participating in the creation of quotes, and handling the process of creating reservations in our system.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and handle group travel requests from travel advisors in the US and Canada.
- Participate in the creation of quotes and work with advisors until the quote is accepted or declined.
- Handle the process of creating reservations in Exoticca's system and provide booking tools for travel advisors.
- Track group performance and pass offline bookings to the B2B Call Center Sales team.
- Travel Advisor or Customer Service in Travel experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluency in English.
- Organization and time management skills.
- GDS and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
- Sales experience beneficial for negotiating prices with travel advisors.
