Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, identifying their needs, and making recommendations to enhance their travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries and provide personalized recommendations for Exoticca Travel packages.
  2. Apply best practices to identify customers' budget, timeline, and decision-making processes to deliver a high-end customer experience.
  3. Resolve customer complaints, reviews, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Exoticca Travel products and packages.
  5. Ensure operational integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  6. Meet individual goals and contribute to company targets.

Requirements

  1. Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. A can-do attitude, with a strong desire to succeed and learn.
  4. Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Previous contact center experience in the Travel industry.
  2. Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
  3. Knowledge of Salesforce, Amadeus, or other CRM systems.
  4. Understanding of travel trends and industry developments.
