Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, identifying their needs, and making recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide personalized recommendations for Exoticca Travel packages.
- Apply best practices to identify customers' budget, timeline, and decision-making processes to deliver a high-end customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints, reviews, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Exoticca Travel products and packages.
- Ensure operational integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meet individual goals and contribute to company targets.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A can-do attitude, with a strong desire to succeed and learn.
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous contact center experience in the Travel industry.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Amadeus, or other CRM systems.
- Understanding of travel trends and industry developments.
