Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Flight Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our travel operations teams, handling daily tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of flights, cancellations, and refunds.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and support Travel Operations tasks, including flights changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Manage, escalate, and follow-up of GDS issues and cases
- Deal with negotiated rates and advanced refunds in GDS
- Work directly with our land suppliers for pre- and post-bookings
- Communicate effectively with our teams and suppliers
Requirements
- Fluent communication in English (additional language like French/Spanish are considered)
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus/GDS
- Proven experience dealing with negotiate fares and commissions in GDS
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Support in the Travel industry, preferably including flights
