Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Agent to join our team at Exoticca. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and provide personalized recommendations for Exoticca products and services
- Identify customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored travel experiences
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve company targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Fluency in French, with additional languages a plus
- A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous contact center experience in the travel industry
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Amadeus or other CRM systems
- Sound knowledge of travel trends and industry developments
- Native German speakers a plus
