This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our Field Sales team and contribute to the company's success. As a member of the Global Sales Support Team, you'll develop a variety of skills, work with talented colleagues, and help dynamic customers achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to our Field Sales organization via various channels.
  • Support includes but is not limited to: Salesforce CRM, quoting, order processing, data and contract management.
  • Quality assurance support for sales processes and tools.
  • Create training content to support sales processes and tools.
  • Develop business acumen by working with Field Sales to understand how they utilize systems to solve business challenges.
  • Collaborate with different AVEVA departments to deliver and improve service to Account Managers.
  • Help define and maintain sales processes and data governance.
  • Grow technical skill-set by developing a solid foundation in Salesforce, including CPQ, sales methodologies, sales business intelligence, and content management systems.
  • Work on other projects relevant to the Sales Support Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations role.
  • Experience with software quotes and orders, preferably with subscription products.
  • CRM and Sales Enablement tools, especially Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
  • Experience within a technology/software company preferred.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
