Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the Front Office team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in maintaining a positive and structured work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest registration processes.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction, contributing to positive online reviews and ratings.
- Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and have a high-level attention to detail.
