Job Description

As a key member of our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to maximize hotel room revenue through effective pricing, rate parity distribution across all channels, and hotel inventory management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Revenue Management to ensure an efficient and smooth operation of the Revenue & Reservations Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Director of Revenue Management in analyzing competitive sets, price positioning, and future market needs.
  • Execute market-wide strategy and promotion implementation.
  • Monitor the daily online pricing to ensure it is in line with pricing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments.
  • Ensure effective communication with other departments, particularly Sales, Concierge, and Front Desk.
  • Optimize and maintain our Revenue Management Systems.
  • Train and mentor team members on revenue management systems and methodology.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Revenue & Reservations.
  • Experience with booking systems, revenue management systems, GDS, OTA extranets, and channel managers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high attention to detail.
