Bet365 offers a unique opportunity for a Customer Account Advisor to join our European Customer Service team, helping customers worldwide from our office in Malta.

This is a full-time role with flexible working hours, requiring work on five days out of seven, including weekends and public holidays. You will be trained by instructors to provide an excellent customer experience and enjoy a range of benefits, including a complete relocation package, attractive salary, and opportunities for advancement.

About the Job:

Our Benefits:

  1. Complete relocation package with 6 weeks of company-provided accommodation upon arrival
  2. Reimbursed flight ticket of up to €285
  3. Monthly accommodation allowance of €800 paid out the first six months
  4. €100 added to your monthly salary for the first six months for flights to visit your friends and family back home

In this role, you will work within our dynamic and multicultural work environment, dealing with different topics such as betting, payment, verification, and general account inquiries. You will respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and phone, playing a central role in the customer's bet365 experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to our customer base via Live Chat and email
  2. Review and escalate reviews from customers to your superiors when required
  3. Liaise with other internal teams to review queries from customers regarding several topics including payments, technical issues, verification, or betting queries

What We Look For:

  1. Fluent knowledge of spoken and written Bulgarian is essential
  2. Good written and spoken English is required
  3. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  4. Ability to problem-solve and find a resolution
  5. Willingness to work any five days from seven, including weekends
