About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Minacs. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to fulfill the needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Collect feedback from clients and articulate it back to the business, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian, with fluent English skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
