Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for your client portfolio, focusing on portfolio growth and long-term account retention.
- Identify client needs and sell value-added services to create greater customer engagement.
- Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.
- Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities, such as self-generated leads, client referrals, and subsidiaries or sister companies.
- Deliver premium value to clients, aligned with their goals, and achieve customer advocacy.
- Understand client opportunities, threats, and risks to maintain and grow relationships.
Requirements:
- Native level German and fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Background working for/in the German Market.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals.
- Challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to maximize individual and company performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, including German native language skills and fluency in English, with the ability to speak confidently with senior executives and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each client's needs to drive results and identify new business opportunities.
- Previous experience in a sales role is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and change.
