Job Title: German Speaking Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German speaking Account Manager to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs).

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of German SME clients, with a focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention. This will involve identifying client needs and selling appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a native level of German and fluency in English, with a background working in the German market. They will be self-driven and results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients
  • Identify client needs and sell appropriate value components
  • Proactively manage an effective pipeline to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets
  • Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities
  • Ensure premium value is delivered aligned with client's goals
  • Understand client's opportunities, threats, and risks to maintain and grow the relationship
Requirements:
  • Native level German and fluency in English written and spoken
  • Background working for/in the German Market
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
  • Challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Exceptional communication skills
