Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Sales Manager to oversee market success of our ServiceNow products. These products are built on our market-leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to execute with uniform information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution
  • Provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations
  • Ensure alignment between recommendation, territory strategy, and account planning with Now Value principles
  • Support customers in envisioning the value of a digital transformation and develop strategies by partnering with the rest of the account team, customer, and partners
  • Interlock with Senior Consultants and Specialists on Capability Roadmaps for feedback and agreement and team-based on engagement model
  • Coach Account Executives, Account Development Representatives, and Account Customer Engagement experts with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify specialty solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle
  • Customize time allocation of responsibilities to meet the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes
  • Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of return on investment (ROI) of specialty solutions area to lead solution win
  • Experience as an Account Executive or alternative sales/customer service role
  • Understanding of business sales processes
  • Travel required: 30-50%

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
