About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to support our Arrow ECS Spain business in driving and expanding the overall strategic plan and relationship with assigned Cybersecurity vendor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring business alignment, executive sponsorship, and development of the vendor within Arrow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and investment initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendor distribution and channel managers.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline process for assigned vendor.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar position within business development IT Security environment.
  • Strong experience in the Cybersecurity channel and knowledge of key players.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Experience in product demos, commercial presentations, and showing added value.
  • Good knowledge of the market and understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and native Spanish.
