Job Title: Business Development Manager Cybersecurity

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving and expanding the overall strategic plan and relationship with assigned Cybersecurity vendors, ensuring business alignment, executive sponsorship, and development of the vendor within Arrow.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual who has experience in a similar position within business development IT Security environment. You will be responsible for building and developing strategic business relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic relationships with vendors and support executive peering
  • Ownership, development, and execution of strategic sales plans and investment initiatives
  • Coordinate forecasting/pipeline process for assigned vendors
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders toward the achievement of financial and business goals
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar position within business development IT Security environment
  • Strong experience in the Cybersecurity channel and knowledge of key players
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
  • Experience in product demos, commercial presentations, and showing added value
  • Good knowledge of the market and understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel
  • Effective communication with people at all levels
  • Fluency in English and native Spanish
