Business Development Manager, Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Summary:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to support our Cybersecurity business in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and expanding our strategic plan and relationship with assigned Cybersecurity vendors, ensuring business alignment, executive sponsorship, and development of the vendor within Arrow.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including Distribution and Channel Managers, to support executive peering and drive business growth.
  2. Strategic Sales Planning: Own, develop, and execute strategic sales plans and investment initiatives to achieve business goals.
  3. Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Coordinate forecasting and pipeline process for assigned vendors to ensure accurate sales projections.
  4. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and business objectives.
  5. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.

Requirements:

  1. Cybersecurity Experience: Proven experience in a similar position within business development IT Security environment.
  2. Cybersecurity Channel Knowledge: Strong experience in the Cybersecurity channel and knowledge of key players.
  3. Strategic Relationship Building: Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  4. Product Demos and Presentations: Experience in product demos, commercial presentations, and showcasing added value.
  5. Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the market and understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel.
  6. Communication Skills: Effective communication with people at all levels.
  7. Language Skills: Fluency in English and native Spanish.
