Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to support our Cybersecurity business in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and expanding our strategic plan and relationships with assigned Cybersecurity vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and investment initiatives to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor distribution and channel managers to ensure executive sponsorship and vendor development within Arrow.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes for assigned vendors to ensure accurate sales projections and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and business goals, including identifying new business opportunities and trends.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in business development within the IT Security environment, with a strong understanding of the Cybersecurity channel and key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Fluency in English and native Spanish, with a good knowledge of the market and the added value that a distributor provides to the channel.
