RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a dedicated Account Manager at Belbex, you will uphold a strong sense of integrity while managing, nurturing, and expanding your established client portfolio.
- You will have the freedom to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to sell, educate, and retain clients effectively.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of your clients and their requirements through a consultative sales methodology.
- Become proficient in Belbex's marketing solutions, recognized as the premier online commercial property marketplace in Spain.
- Take full responsibility for the entire sales process, which includes: prospecting, demonstrating, closing, onboarding, training, and renewing accounts.
- Conduct engaging in-person product demonstrations for clients and prospects.
- Present our range of advertising solutions to property owners, investors, and agents.
- Achieve sales targets established by the organization in terms of net new growth through both existing account expansion and new business acquisition.
- Represent CoStar Group by participating in industry events and networking with property professionals in your region.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships over the medium to long term, delivering exceptional service and navigating sales cycles that may last from 3 to 12 months or more.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and objection-handling abilities, coupled with the confidence and patience to articulate complex proposals.
- Strong organizational skills and the capability to work towards metrics in a smart and effective manner.
- A degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A consultative sales approach combined with account management techniques to foster account growth over time. You enjoy building rapport with clients and assisting them in solving their challenges.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate or asset management is a plus. Alternatively, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in market trends and dynamics is essential.
- Experience with property portals or marketplaces is also beneficial.
- Ability to navigate within a large organization to identify decision-makers, influencers, and potential blockers, and to align them effectively.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home is essential.
