KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a dedicated Account Manager at Belbex, you will uphold a strong ethical standard while managing, nurturing, and expanding your established client portfolio.
  • You will have the freedom to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to sell, educate, and retain clients.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of your clients and their requirements through a consultative sales methodology.
  • Become proficient in Belbex's marketing solutions, recognized as the premier online commercial property marketplace in Spain.
  • Take full ownership of the entire sales process, which includes: prospecting, showcasing, closing deals, onboarding, training, and renewing client accounts.
  • Conduct engaging in-person product demonstrations for clients and prospects.
  • Effectively position our range of advertising solutions to property owners, investors, and agents.
  • Achieve sales targets established by the organization, focusing on both existing account growth and new business acquisition.
  • Represent CoStar Group by participating in industry events and networking with property professionals in your region.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of maintaining and expanding client relationships over the medium to long term, delivering exceptional service while navigating sales cycles that may extend from 3 to 12 months or more.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and objection-handling abilities, coupled with the confidence and patience to articulate complex proposals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to work effectively towards metrics.
  • A degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A consultative sales approach combined with account management strategies to foster account growth over time. You thrive on building client relationships and assisting them in resolving challenges.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate or asset management is beneficial. Alternatively, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in market trends and dynamics is essential.
  • Experience with property portals or marketplaces is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate a large organization, identifying decision-makers, influencers, and potential blockers, and aligning them effectively.
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home is essential.
