We are a dynamic and innovative company, always looking for forward-thinking individuals to join our team. At Drooms, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist - Late Shift Team Member to contribute to the success of our Operations department.
**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during late shift hours. You will be the first point of contact for user inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a high level of customer service experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
Data Room Management: Assist in creating, managing, and archiving data rooms while ensuring the integrity and security of confidential information.
Additional Services Execution: Perform specialized services like document redaction, indexing, and other recurring tasks related to data rooms.
Reporting: Collect and analyze data to create reports for both customers and internal purposes.
Technical Issue Resolution: Help resolve basic technical issues with applications, firewalls, and system components, collaborating with the technical team when necessary.
USB Archiving: Oversee the creation, review, and delivery of USB and online archives to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams, including Customer Success Managers, Product Support Specialists, and Sales, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including contract termination tasks, quality assurance tasks, and other tasks from other teams.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should have 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and MS Office, particularly emphasizing Excel. A structured and detail-oriented approach, along with good time and organization management, is essential. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
