A Day in the Life

As a Pricing System Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-level support for end-users of Vendavo, SFDC, and other pricing tools, answering 'how-to' questions and resolving issues.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve complex system issues.
  • Communicating with end-users in English via phone and email.
  • Performing root cause analysis for recurring tickets and tracking SLAs.
  • Explaining system functionalities to end-users and delivering ad-hoc trainings.
  • Supporting audit activities and maintaining knowledge bases.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience in support desk or incident management.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Affinity towards systems and technology.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced SFDC skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Power Query skills.
