About the Role

Medtronic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pricing System Specialist to join our Global Offer Development and Pricing systems Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to our end users in our pricing systems landscape, including Vendavo Enterprise, Salesforce Pricing Requests, and other emerging commercial enablement tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for end users of Vendavo/SFDC/Pros and other Pricing tools, answering "how to" questions and resolving complex system issues.
  • Interact with internal and/or external teams to resolve system issues and provide remote user support.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring tickets, track and deliver upon agreed SLAs.
  • Explain new and current system functionalities to end users, including COEs, Sales, and Finance.
  • Deliver and/or provide ad-hoc trainings on system and process capabilities to various stakeholders.
  • Support audit activities on a quarterly basis, as needed.
  • Set and maintain knowledge bases on the tools and related processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with 3-5 years of experience in support desk or incident management.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Affinity towards systems and technology.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with an anticipatory approach.
  • Intermediate to advanced SFDC skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Power Query skills.
  • Help Desk Experience.
