Pricing System Support Specialist with Salesforce Expertise

A Day in the Life
As a Pricing System Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch guidance to our end users on our pricing systems landscape, including Vendavo Enterprise suite, Salesforce Pricing Requests, and other emerging commercial enablement tools. Your expertise will help enhance system usage, drive corporate efficiency, and improve user satisfaction.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Providing first-level support for end users of Vendavo/SFDC/Pros and other Pricing tools, answering 'how to' questions, and interacting with internal and/or external teams to resolve complex system issues.
- Communicating with end users in English via phone, email, or other channels.
- Providing remote user support to resolve issues on customer workstations.
- Performing root cause analysis for recurring tickets, tracking, and delivering upon agreed SLAs.
- Explaining new and current system functionalities to end users, including COEs, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Delivering and/or providing ad-hoc trainings on system and process capabilities to various stakeholders.
- Supporting audit activities on a quarterly basis as needed.
- Setting and maintaining knowledge bases on the tools and related processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree with 3-5 years of experience in support desk or incident management.
- Fluent English skills.
- Affinity towards systems and technology.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with an anticipatory approach.
- Intermediate to advanced SFDC skills.
- Advanced Excel/Power Query skills.
- Help Desk Experience.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with additional language skills, preferably in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, or Japanese. Team player skills with strong attention to detail, experience with Windows OS, MS Office, Service Now, and remote support tools are also a plus. Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across time zones, customer-oriented, and multitasking skills with a can-do attitude are highly valued.
