About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pricing System Support Specialist to join our Global Offer Development and Pricing systems Team at Medtronic. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our end users, ensuring seamless system usage, and driving corporate efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for end users of Vendavo/SFDC/Pros and other Pricing tools, answering "how to" questions and resolving issues.
  • Interact with internal and external teams to resolve complex system issues.
  • Communicate with end users in English via phone, email, and remote support.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring tickets and track SLAs.
  • Explain new and current system functionalities to end users and deliver ad-hoc trainings.
  • Support audit activities and maintain knowledge bases on tools and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with 3-5 years of experience in support desk or incident management.
  • Fluent English skills and affinity towards systems and technology.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with an anticipatory approach.
  • Intermediate to advanced SFDC skills and advanced Excel/Power Query skills.
  • Help desk experience and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional language skills, preferably in Spanish/Portuguese/Mandarin/Japanese.
  • Team player skills and experience with Windows OS, MS Office, Service Now, and remote support tools.
  • Customer-oriented and multitasking skills with a can-do attitude.
